Driver communication and document management system
Instructions, documents and surveys for drivers, with a dedicated mobile interface for drivers and a separate one for managers.
Training, quizzes, points, prizes and QR code check-ins, with payment integration.
ProblemMandatory training is completed once and forgotten. Without visible progress and a tangible reward, people do not come back to the system.
SolutionPoints are earned in several ways: quizzes, daily tasks and visits confirmed by QR code. Levels and achievements show progress, and in the prize catalogue points can be exchanged for a specific item with the order status tracked.
Mandatory training is usually completed once and forgotten. When training earns points and prizes, people complete it willingly and come back again. The content can be the same; the difference is whether people can see their progress.
The system makes that progress visible: learning material is combined with quizzes, points, levels and tangible rewards.
The hardest part was the points logic. If points are handed out for everything, they lose their value. If they come too rarely, people stop trying. Several complementary ways of earning were needed: quizzes, daily tasks and on-site visits.
Visits had to be recorded differently from quizzes. A quiz can be taken anywhere, but a visit must be confirmed on site.
Points without a clear use are just a number on the screen. That is why the system has a prize catalogue with an order workflow.
Learning material is linked to quizzes, and every attempt is recorded separately. A quiz can be retaken without skewing the statistics, and it is clear which questions cause the most difficulty.
Daily tasks keep up a steady rhythm. They are what most encourages people to return: nobody wants to break their streak.
Visits are confirmed with a QR code scanned on site. Points for a visit cannot be earned remotely.
Levels and achievements show long-term progress, and in the prize catalogue points can be exchanged for a specific item. A prize order has a status, because time passes between ordering and collection.
Memberships and payments mean the system can also be run as a paid service, not just as an internal tool.
Several sources of points. Quizzes, daily tasks and visits reward different behaviour. The system works both for those who learn and for those who simply visit.
A QR code for visits. It is the simplest way to tell a real visit from a tap on a phone.
Prize order statuses. You can see whether a prize has been ordered, prepared or already collected, so there is no dispute over whether it was handed out.
