Custom systems, no middlemen

MB „DESAmedia“ is a custom business software developer based in Šiauliai, Lithuania. Since 2017 we have been building web applications, CRM and business management systems, and ecommerce solutions for mid-size and larger companies and the public sector.

How we work

The same people lead a project from analysis to launch, so nothing gets lost between what you tell us and what is built. That means fewer misunderstandings and faster decisions.

Scope and timelines are agreed upfront, and progress is visible every two weeks in working software, not in reports. Our process page describes all six stages and what each one delivers.

If a project needs expertise we do not have, we say so straight away and point you to the right people. We do not take on work we cannot do well.

Technology

On the server side we use Laravel and PHP, for interfaces Vue and Livewire, and for data MySQL and PostgreSQL. For ecommerce we use PrestaShop or WooCommerce depending on the need, and WordPress for content websites.

This stack is a deliberate choice: it is mature and widely used, so you can hand the system over to another maintainer without rewriting it. Code, documentation and access credentials are handed over to the client.

Who we work with

Over 9 years we have delivered more than 70 projects across more than ten sectors, including logistics, travel, education, retail, manufacturing and the public sector. Our clients include Western Union, Infobalt, Kemek, Sunrise Valley, SprintLine and LoveJob.

Public sector projects

Public procurement evaluates accessibility under WCAG 2.1 AA, GDPR compliance and SLA support terms. We plan for these from the start of a project rather than fixing them before handover. Documentation is prepared to match the tender requirements.
