Axioma servisas: industrial engineering services website
A website for an integrated engineering services company, structured by service and by industry for industrial buyers.
An occupational health and safety services website with a training section, a calculator and a link to the Edaro platform.
ProblemSafety services are bought out of obligation, not for their benefit. A manager knows the paperwork must be in order but not what exactly is missing, so a standard list of services tells them nothing.
SolutionThe home page opens with problems phrased in the client's own words, followed by three service areas. The Edaro platform is presented separately as a standalone product, and a calculator lets visitors estimate the scope before getting in touch.
Occupational health and safety services are hard to sell, because clients buy them out of obligation rather than for their benefit. A manager knows the paperwork must be in order, but often does not know what exactly is missing until an inspection comes.
A website that talks about "professional services" does not help this visitor. They are looking for an answer to their specific concern.
The company works in three areas: occupational health and safety, personal data protection and training. These services are bought by different people at different times, yet a visitor arrives at the website with a single question.
The company also has its own document management platform, Edaro.lt. It is a separate product, so the website had to present it in a way that did not make it look like just another item in the services menu.
The home page starts with problems, and only then presents the services. Each problem is written the way the client would put it, with the solution alongside. Disorganised paperwork, uncertainty about GDPR, training that has not been done: these sentences were taken from conversations with clients.
Next comes the services block with three areas. Visitors first recognise their situation, then find the right service.
Edaro.lt is presented in a separate block with a link to the platform. This way the product can evolve independently of the service pages.
The website has a calculator that helps estimate the scope of the service based on company size. The news section publishes practical advice and posts about professional events the company takes part in. They show that the company keeps track of changing requirements, and when choosing a compliance provider that is one of the strongest arguments.
Problems first, then services. This structure was chosen deliberately. In the compliance services market, visitors rarely know the exact name of the service, but they always know their problem.
A calculator as the first point of contact. Visitors get an answer without leaving their details, so the people who do get in touch already understand the scope of work. The account manager does not need to explain it in the first conversation.
News with a date and a source. General compliance advice is not very convincing. Posts about specific seminars and changes in statistics show that the company works with the requirements every day.
